The high-quality blotting paper is manufactured for us by the traditional company Brockhaus in Dillenburg.
Due to its high suction power, it is sufficient to clamp one or two sheets in the blotting cradle.
The embossed blotting papers are perforated on both sides.
The distance from the hole to the edge is much shorter on one side, this end is placed over the mandrel. The blotter paper is passed around the blotter cradle, resulting in the embossed logo being centered under the blotter cradle. The second hole is over the receiving thread of the retaining knob, the cover plate is placed on top and the blotting paper is finally fixed in place by screwing in the knob.
